Responsibilities

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the consolidation and analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making for the organization.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and analyzing financial performance to drive business strategy and improve operational efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks, dashboards, and other analytical tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and talented professional who possesses:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and data management.
  • Proficient in using data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
