We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Pharmacist to join our team at Southstar Drug, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the validity and accuracy of prescriptions, engaging in patient counseling, and coordinating with our Corporate Pharmacist. Additionally, they will be responsible for updating reference books, ensuring proper storage of medicines, and representing the store during FDA/PDEA inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the validity and accuracy of prescriptions in dispensing medicines
  • Engage in patient counseling and queries on drug-related matters
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Pharmacist
  • Update and maintain reference books
  • Ensure proper storage and disposal of medicines
  • Represent the store during FDA/PDEA inspections
  • Provide training to store personnel on product awareness and new practices
Qualifications:
  • Registered Pharmacist/License Holder
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and compressed work week (5 days per week duty and 2 days off)
  • Willingness to work on holidays and weekends if necessary
  • Relocation allowances provided for those willing to relocate
