We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering leader to lead our software development teams.

About the Role
  • Technical Execution & Delivery: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritization to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software projects. They will also drive a consistent and high-quality development process across multiple engineering squads.
  • Team Management: The successful candidate will manage and support a team of software engineers, fostering an environment where they can thrive and perform at their best. They will set clear goals and performance expectations, provide timely feedback, and coaching as needed.
  • Process and Quality Improvements: We are looking for someone who can implement and refine lightweight processes that enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability. This includes championing code quality, test automation, observability, and security best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Our ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and technical implications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in modern web development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Golang, React) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, IaC).

This individual will be a clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, having 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
