Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management">
• Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain">
• Familiar with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software">
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience">
• Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality">
• Experience communicating with factories">
• Understanding how to read a CAD">
• Knowledge in Diamonds">
