Marketing and Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, influencer management, and content creation.

  • The role involves creating and executing compelling content strategies for various platforms, managing our online brand presence, and coordinating with influencers for collaborations.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and deep appreciation for beauty and skincare trends are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media accounts, focusing on Instagram and Reels.
  • Plan and publish content aligned with monthly campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content.
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance.
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions.
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and user-generated content collaboration management.
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset.
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a plus.
