Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bank of Commerce (Philippines), you will play a vital role in sourcing and canvassing/bidding for items as required by various business units.

Main responsibilities include ensuring timely update and preparation of canvass sheets or bid matrices for approval, negotiating quotations/submissions from suppliers, and coordinating with the PRMD Purchasing and Billing Section for P.O. preparation.

You will also be responsible for sourcing possible suppliers through events, walk-ins, or online research, sending out invitations to apply for accreditation, monitoring supplier accreditation documents, and performing other related tasks within your role.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, have good oral and written communication skills, and be familiar with banking operations.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best offer
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements
  • Sources and evaluates potential suppliers
  • Maintains accurate records of supplier performance
