Senior Financial Planning Assistant (Remote)

Join a leading financial planning firm as a Senior Financial Planning Assistant to contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional support to our team of experienced financial planners, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client investment portfolios to ensure they align with their goals and risk tolerance
  • Prepare recommendations for our advisers on changes needed and maintain accurate records of advice
  • Produce quarterly/annual client performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Develop SMSF investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks
  • Liaise with product providers and investment platforms to source the best solutions for our clients
  • Update and maintain our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues alike
  • Reconcile fees and commissions, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial dealings
  • Liaise with clients to provide administrative support, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently
