Strategic Financial Analyst for Market and Shared Services

This Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives across market and shared services finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Annual Capital Plan, aligning it with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze and calculate System Capital Capacity, providing recommendations for market allocations in accordance with organizational policy.

  • Monitor capital project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing capital performance and project outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough audits of capital processes and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders, including CFOs and Assistant CFOs, to facilitate information exchange and support for financial issues related to capital projects.

  • Oversee fixed asset activities, including master data maintenance, depreciation calculation, asset transactions processing, and ledger reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.

  • Hybrid work arrangement and flexible schedule.
