About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team at The Referrers. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making across various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product development) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Apply cutting-edge statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and optimize processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable, and data-driven manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, or a related field, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
  • No less than three years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Expertise in data modeling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes, as well as a solid understanding of data warehouses and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in using data extraction and analysis tools, such as SQL and Python, and experience working with Power BI.
  • Strong technical skills in database design, ETL development, and data mining, with experience in predictive modeling and ETL/ELT frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
