About Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer.

This role is central to the creation and execution of digital assets that support marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Shopify landing pages, and Klaviyo email flows. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands.

The successful candidate will work closely with the broader marketing team and deliver high-quality creative within provided briefs and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Update and design Shopify landing pages to maintain a premium user experience
  • Design assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Ensure all designs follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
  • Interpret and execute design briefs efficiently with a focus on performance and detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative alignment across channels
  • Produce high-quality visual assets in Figma with pixel-perfect precision
Requirements:
  1. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping
  2. Proven ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, including an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
  3. Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), with a focus on UX, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency
  4. Solid background in email design (Klaviyo experience preferred), including both campaign and flow-based marketing
  5. Ability to understand performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs
  6. Exceptional attention to detail - pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable
  7. Ability to interpret and follow creative direction with minimal supervision
  8. Strong communication and English comprehension skills for clear collaboration with remote teams
  9. Demonstrated ability to work at speed without compromising quality, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  10. Familiarity with basic marketing metrics and creative testing (A/B testing, CTR, etc.) is a strong advantage
