BIM Manager Job Description

As a BIM Manager at Aidea Integrated Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing project teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects on-time and within budget, adhering to performance and quality standards.
  • Plan, design, and manage multiple project typologies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and skills.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor project resources, including setups, standards, and skill assessment.
  • Facilitate the assignment of project team members, ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills.
  • Manage communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams.
  • Prepare periodic project reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Accountable for quality control of design, process, and contract documents.
  • Manage due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Support clients in preparation of documents for application permits.
  • Manage and organize project correspondences, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Mentor project team on company standards and procedures.
  • Manage the preparation of contract documents and specifications for projects.
Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and applicable codes.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of applicable software.
  • Knowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modeling, and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design & other Specialty Services.
  • Ability to establish a relationship with new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout.
  • Broad and significant exposure in construction.
