Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role requires a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills, as well as strong industry knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our Sales Team to lead the development of sales proposals and presentations that drive new business and acquire new logos.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) and contributing to bid strategy and win themes
- Developing proposal plans and outlines, and completing proposals with attention to thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout
- Maintaining close working relationships with Sales, SMEs, and other stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations
