Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at CornerSteel Systems Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onsite operations for project assignments and manage all involved tasks from construction, logistics, and client coordination.
  • Conduct regular meetings onsite to discuss pertinent issues relative to the project on-hand and prepare minutes of the meeting.
  • Review and check plans released for construction and meet/discuss with the entire team to ensure everyone is on the same channel.
  • Prepare and issue project reports, including copies of all correspondences, project updates, and status reports.
  • Prepare and present user acceptance certificates for signature completion.
  • Synchronize internal issues, especially during construction and installation, between departments on all project undertakings.
  • Manage, organize, coordinate, and monitor activities and functions of development projects in cooperation with other departments, outside agencies, contractors, and design professionals.
  • Analyze and prepare written reports on program and project performance using qualitative analyses, arrow diagrams, s-curves, critical path, and project risk assessment techniques.
  • E nsure that construction works are based on approved scope of works and implement cleanliness on site, including quality work done by subcontractors.
  • Directly coordinate with the Building Administration of the project and ensure that given building guidelines are met.
  • Compute monthly estimates of work completed and approve payment for contractors.
  • Develop program and project budgets, schedules, work plans, labor utilization, and cost estimates/projections.
  • Manage, coordinate, and develop public capital improvement programs and private development projects.
  • Work cooperatively with other City employees and private organizations to facilitate project implementation and completion.
  • Interact with utility companies and other governmental agencies to obtain necessary permits and clearances and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Manage Fit-out projects, coordinate with clients and project teams, manage costs, control time management, analyze and manage project risks, submit reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
