As a Credit Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the credit risk portfolio, ensuring that all credit proposals are thoroughly evaluated and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the screening of branch portfolios to determine the most suitable accounts for management.
  • Review and supervise the analysis and evaluation of loan accounts from branch lending units.
  • Ensure that all credit proposals include Internal Credit Risk Rating Sheets and are assessed accurately and timely.
  • Train and equip Credit Review Officers and Evaluators to perform high-quality credit assessments.
  • Effectively manage team performance and ensure administrative tasks are completed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in credit, with a focus on commercial and corporate loans.
  • Experience as a People Manager is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis and EBITDA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
