We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team.

As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for handling customer requests via email and phone, designing email templates as needed, conducting research and analysis on products, communicating with the client's internal team, and working on team projects.

You will also keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written), experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, strong networking knowledge, customer support experience with cloud products, analytical & research skills, customer-oriented and responsible attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.

AWS certificate, proficiency in Salesforce, experience working with Google Cloud and Azure, are great plus.
