Duties and Responsibilities

  4. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and communicate feature releases and sprint completions.
  5. Manage conflicting requirements from various stakeholders.
  6. Conduct product demos and provide regular updates to business stakeholders.
  7. Translate business questions into data requirements.
  8. Wireframe reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  9. Conduct UAT and review test cases.
  10. Adhere to data governance standards and principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data-driven environments.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, CRM, and client experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in metadata management, reference data management, and data governance.
  • Knowledge of Edward Tufte's Design Principles.
  • Familiarity with data lineage concepts.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for report wireframing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
