Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Manage DIFOT reporting and analysis across daily to monthly cycles to identify improvement areas.
  • Generate manufacturing batch orders in line with inventory policy and analyse inventory constraints to propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the refinement of planning processes through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years supply chain analysis and inventory management experience.
  • Background in FMCG or high-volume product environments highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AU or US logistics processes is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with MS Office and logistics/ERP platforms preferably SAP, and Power BI.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
