Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Strategist will report to the Nexus General Manager / Head of Marketing Services and be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients. This role involves crafting engaging content and enhancing the online presence of our clients' brands. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping social media strategies and ensuring that content resonates with the target audience while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media - strategy and execution of social media content plans, focusing on creating compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Media - strategy and implementation of media buys on social media platforms, targeting specific audiences.
  • Public Relations - strategy and execution of PR campaigns involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) present in the online space, fostering positive brand awareness.
  • Customer Service – Manage customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Project Management - tracks and manages live projects; conducts post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
