Job Summary:

This role involves providing financial management and reporting support to the Commissary operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory records, processing settlement of Purchase Orders, and preparing reports for external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate weekly manufacturing process order reports and COS Usage Variance reports
  • Evaluate correctness of inventory transactions, reclassify exceptions, and escalate issues to Logistics Finance
  • Prepare GP Analysis reports and submit to Product Supply Finance group for review
  • Analyze balance sheet GL accounts and assess correctness of recorded transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in working in a night shift set-up required
  • Must be amenable to work in a night shift and have good command of English language
