Technical Program Director

You will be responsible for leading the Transaction Banking initiatives across Cash Management and Payments in the Asia region.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-scale programs in Transaction Banking with a focus on Cash Management and Payments.
  • Create multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive innovation in digital payments, real-time cash solutions, and API-based banking services.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across regional and global teams ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor program performance, risk mitigation strategies, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Promote agile methodologies and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in banking technology with at least 10 years in Transaction Banking (Cash & Payments).
  • A proven track record in leading complex transformation programs across Asia markets.
  • Deep domain expertise in payment systems, cash management platforms, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and real-time payment infrastructures.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics in APAC.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed multicultural environments with global delivery teams.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
