Job Overview

Brixio is seeking a highly skilled Web Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging web experiences that deliver an optimal user experience across various platforms.

About the Position:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams to create visually compelling websites and digital content that align with our brand's objectives. Your passion for designing accessible and user-friendly web experiences will help us achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can:
  • Create visually appealing and responsive web designs that deliver a seamless user experience across different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement website layouts, page structures, and navigation that align with user goals and business objectives.
  • Maintain consistent design standards throughout websites, ensuring brand consistency, typography, and color schemes.
  • Optimize website elements for improved load times, accessibility, and performance across various web browsers.

User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
You will apply UX best practices to ensure websites are easy to navigate, intuitive, and accessible to all users. You will focus on creating engaging UI designs that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine design elements and improve overall user experience.

Collaboration with Teams:
As a Web Design Expert, you will work closely with our web developers to ensure design compatibility with various web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). You will also collaborate with our marketing teams to understand branding, target audiences, and content goals to inform design decisions.

Content Management:
You will assist in the creation of digital content, including images, banners, videos, and animations, for use on websites and other digital platforms. You will also organize and update web content and ensure that it is optimized for search engines (SEO).

Quality Assurance and Testing:
You will conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent functionality and appearance. You will troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to site layout, formatting, or performance. Additionally, you will ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are compliant with web regulations and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA).

Web Analytics and Reporting:
You will monitor website performance metrics and use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and engagement. You will analyze data to identify areas of improvement and optimize design for better user engagement and conversion rates. Finally, you will provide recommendations to enhance website design based on analytics insights.
