Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales team, ensuring effective team dynamics, and achieving sales objectives. This strategic position involves planning, team management, and aligning sales strategies with the company's broader goals.
Sales Execution
- Actively promote and sell Phelps Dodge products within assigned areas, achieving personal and team sales quotas.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and effective customer service and order fulfillment.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and enhance customer relationships at an operational level, addressing immediate needs and operational issues.
- Facilitate interactions between sales teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Operational Coordination
- Ensure efficient coordination between sales activities and internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of customer orders.
- Oversee critical order management and resolve logistical challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to sales teams.
- Conduct weekly meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and adapt tactics as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in management or leadership are preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, including experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
