We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at ATOS Information Technology Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, including coding invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Handle vendor correspondence via phone and email.
- Prepare non-inventory purchase order requisitions.
- Attach purchase orders to incoming invoices with supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing.
- Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
- Assist with monthly status reports and closings.
- Reconcile various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions.
- Process remittance information from checks, drafts, and wire transfers.
- Receive, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries about account status.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
