- A college degree in business or a related field, preferably finance, economics, or business administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in trust business or equivalent experience in trust investments or trading.
- Completed training hours in trust, other fiduciary business, or investment management activities acceptable to BSP.
- Relevant global or local professional certification program completed.
- Treasury Certificate Program (TCP) recommended.
- Trust 1-year course (TIFP) required.
