Job Title: Freelance Interview Host

M3 Global Research is a leading market research company providing recruitment and support services to the industry. With relationships reaching respondents in more than 70 countries worldwide, we offer comprehensive and highest quality solutions.

We are currently looking for a Qualitative Interview Host to assist the Market Research Project Management team with the day-to-day call management of market research studies. The ideal candidate will be a point of contact for technical platform issues, assess user support levels, and facilitate start of scheduled interviews.

The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems, internet browsers, and mobile devices. Previous experience in customer service or call centre experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be a point of contact for technical platform issues
  • Assess technical support level of user
  • Prepare respondents in advance to join their scheduled interviews
  • Facilitate start of scheduled interviews and provide troubleshooting support as needed
  • Triage and communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Additional qualifications include multilingualism in at least one language such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline.
