Job Description

The successful candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to our business units on various matters, including corporate governance, legal developments, and compliance requirements. This role ensures that our business units are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, assists in implementing best corporate governance practices, and provides corporate secretarial assistance for meetings and filings.

The Legal Counsel will also act as a subject matter expert in legal due diligence for acquisitions and oversee compliance requirements for post-acquisition activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for keeping our Group informed of relevant updates in laws and regulations and engaging with regulators and special interest groups on corporate governance matters.
