Job Description:

As a Sales Clerk at Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Merchandise Selection: Assist customers in selecting and choosing merchandise, style, color, or size, and direct them to the nearest counter for payment.
  3. Stock Management: Replenish stocks on display, ensure availability of stocks in the selling area, and arrange displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  4. Store Maintenance: Maintain good housekeeping through proper storage, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area to ensure a systematic flow of work and prevent accidents.
  5. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to guidelines and policies relative to the store's campaign on customer service and safeguard merchandise from shoplifting, breakage, and damages.
  6. Operational Execution: Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
