Product Success Representative

The Product Success Representative will be responsible for delivering customer-centric care via various channels, including phone, chat, ticket, or email interactions. This role requires strong technical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to establish relationships and trust with customers during interactions, document customer interactions through the ticket management system, and provide basic training to customers as needed.
This position involves troubleshooting integrated products with customers to isolate issues to root cause, managing situations that require real-time solutions, and setting clear expectations on resolution plans.
Key qualifications for this role include 2 years of customer service experience, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and English language proficiency. Previous call center experience, understanding of networking concepts, and experience in the housing industry or property management are also desirable.
