Job Overview

PingWind is a leading provider of cybersecurity services to the federal government. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information assets.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  3. Monitor and analyze security alerts, identifying and mitigating potential threats proactively.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST).
  5. Manage and configure security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus software, and encryption solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • IAM III Level certification
  • 10 years of specialized experience leading IS/IA programs for systems comparable in size and complexity to FTSMCS
