The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all trades: Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS. You should possess a strong understanding of construction workflow procedures and capabilities of BIM Modeling tools. Additionally, knowledge of BIM360 or other CDE platforms will be an added advantage.

Your primary responsibility will be to work across various trades, with a specialization in either Architectural & Structural (ARST) or Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire Protection (MEPFS). The core focus involves converting conceptual drawings into detailed 3D Revit models, ensuring accuracy and coherence within and across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert drawings to 3D Revit models and resolve clashes with other trades.
  • Create construction documents from 3D models based on LODs set by the clients.
  • Follow modelling standards and reviews set by clients.
  • Deliver projects on time and work quickly and efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance & Quality Control for all the BIM models prior to release to the clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Sanitary Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficient in BIM-related software (e.g., Autodesk REVIT/Navisworks/AutoCAD).
  • At least 2 years' experience in Revit MEPF.
  • Knowledge in BIMForum LOD standards.
  • Possesses the interest to work in a solution and service-oriented environment.
  • A team player and willing to travel/work on-site, if required.
