**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service and respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance.
  • Offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.
  • Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers.
  • Manage loans through different steps to ensure funding.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Fluent English skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computation skills.
  • Ability to manage time, energy, and workspace well.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
