Job Title: Power, Refrigeration and Utilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Power, Refrigeration and Utilities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and control of plant utilities, safety, and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operation of Plant Utilities; Safety and Environment; Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair to ensure operations reliability through cost-effective maintenance and management systems.
  • Manage and oversee the Power, Refrigeration, and Utilities operation and maintenance performance of third-party service providers.
  • Oversee production maintenance during night shifts to ensure continuous support to production and provide necessary actions or decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
  • Working Experience: At least 5 years of utilities-related experience
  • Practical knowledge of utilities machinery and processes
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical plans

Qualities:

  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Able to work inside air-conditioned and chilled environments
  • Able to work independently on weekends, holidays, and night shifts
