Web Development Role

This is a full-time position in a fast-growing fintech company. As a web developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-facing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality user-facing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Design and implement automated testing for the web applications.
  • Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end components.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3+ years of professional coding experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Cumulative experience in Front-end Development.
  • Strong JavaScript software development skills.
  • Proficiency in popular JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, including NextJS, React-Router (Remix), and Vite.
  • Familiarity with basic principles of web hosting with a preference for client-side rendering.

In addition, knowledge of responsive website and mobile design, UI testing, REST APIs, websocket, state management, UX design tools like Figma, Git, and code versioning systems like Bitbucket/GitHub/CodeCommit would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
