Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments, understanding customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop original artwork aligning with brand guidelines and communicating desired messages effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems streamlining campaign execution and maintaining cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.
