About Our Content Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding client websites using templated themes.

You will transform existing site maps and content structures into modern, accessible layouts within the CMS, ensuring websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.

Additionally, you will set up and integrate member portals in Umbraco, linked to SwiftFox CRM, collaborate with the Creative Director to manage briefs and workload, and track progress communicating with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop web content that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility).
  • Understand modern image and graphic formats (e.g., WebP, SVG) and their impact on performance.
  • Apply knowledge of performance optimization, including responsive graphics and image optimization.
  • Solve creative problems to adapt content into new formats.
