Key Responsibilities

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of footwear products produced by partner factories. This includes:

  • Conducting incoming materials screening audits, regular in-process production audits, and final goods inspection.
  • Monitoring production orders schedule versus factory commitments.
  • Liaising with commercialization to conduct T4 (production trials) and set up COVA's.

The engineer will also assist in driving quality and productivity improvement programs like QIP, Lean Production, Kaizen, and provide onsite support to the Special project.
