About the role:

The Station Head will lead the Last Mile Unit, focusing on the final stage of delivery and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to achieve key performance indicators such as cost per parcel, pick-up / RTS success rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise Assistant Station Heads/Officers and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.

Key Tasks:

  1. Support operational and administrative processes including inventory management, rider and route management, cash collection management, and updating the Rider master list.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the SH.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve rider performance and efficiency.
  4. Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely scanning and updating of parcels and shipments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics/supply chain.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
