Custom Cabinetry Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cabinet maker/draftsperson to create bespoke cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other custom joinery projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, drafting, and producing high-quality cabinetry using Mozaik software.

• Develop detailed cabinetry drawings and 3D renderings using Mozaik software.
• Interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and design specifications to deliver accurate results.
• Make recommendations on design improvements and functionality to enhance the overall product.
• Provide precise shop drawings and assembly instructions to the production team to ensure smooth production flow.
• Troubleshoot and adjust designs as needed to resolve any issues that may arise during production.
• Collaborate with cabinet makers and installers to resolve any design or fitting issues.

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker/draftsperson, preferably in a custom joinery environment.
• Proficiency in Mozaik software (design, drafting, and production modules) is essential.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices is required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.
