About the Role
  1. Prepare Accurate Layout Plans:

As a CAD Operator, you will work closely with our architects and designers to create accurate and detailed layout plans for our projects. You will utilize industry-standard software to ensure that all plans meet our high standards.

  1. Collaborate with Design Team:

You will collaborate with our design team to interpret sketches and construction drawings, ensuring that all designs are executed correctly and efficiently.

  1. Conduct Design Reviews:

You will conduct thorough reviews of design specifications to ensure that they meet our quality standards and are in line with our company's policies.

  1. Create Visualizations:

You may be required to create 3D visualizations or renderings as needed to enhance our designs and communicate effectively with clients.

  1. Provide Expertise:

You will provide expertise to our team on matters related to design, construction, and project management, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  1. Maintain Drawing Records:

You will maintain accurate records of all construction drawings, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient project management.

  1. Support Team Efforts:

You may be required to perform other related tasks from time to time, supporting the efforts of our team and contributing to the success of our projects.



Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCad or Revit;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
