As a Visual Content Specialist, you will create professional, high-quality visual assets for diverse clients and industries. Your work will encompass social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brand assets, and web visuals.
Main Responsibilities:- Design visually engaging assets including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, branding materials, and more
- Work across multiple client accounts, each with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals
- Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
- Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with our standards for speed and precision
- Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations
- Manage design files and documentation in an organized, efficient manner using cloud tools and project management platforms
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world design work
- Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
- Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
