We are working with a leading multinational banking institution to find a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Manager.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or regulatory compliance within the banking or financial services industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of BSP regulations, IT General Controls (ITGC), and PCI DSS requirements is essential.
  • You should have experience implementing and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other security frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) practices is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders, are also required.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PCI ISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
