Job Overview

Mobility specialists play a crucial role in ensuring employees transition smoothly across borders while adhering to local laws and regulations.

The mobility team is responsible for providing immigration and relocation assistance, improving compliance for remote work and business travel, and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless relocation logistics.

This includes analyzing, preparing, and submitting visa/work permit applications, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • Monitor and control products and services for immigration compliance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop immigration services to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
  • Advise on travel needs and counsel on immigration processes.
Requirements
