Job Overview

A Web Developer will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining client websites by combining exceptional design expertise with technical proficiency in WordPress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and digital assets.
  • Populate and manage websites using WordPress, including installing/configuring plugins, customizing themes, and maintaining site content.
  • Implement and modify designs using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript when needed.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and aligned with branding and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or layout issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Web Developer or WordPress Specialist.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Knowledge and experience in design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and site population.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with PHP and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work.
  • Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing or SEO basics is desirable.
