The Cybersecurity Specialist will play a pivotal role in safeguarding operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems. This entails implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures aligned with pertinent standards such as IEC 62443, TS 50701, ISO 27005, and ISO 27001.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols in line with relevant industry standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for railway systems to identify potential security threats.
- Develop project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with safety, engineering, and IT teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into system design and operations.
- Support incident response planning, monitoring, and mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity documentation, including risk management plans, security architectures, and compliance reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of experience in cybersecurity roles within the railway or transportation sector and have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks: IEC 62443, TS 50701, ISO 27005, and ISO 27001. Familiarity with metro or railway systems is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, international team is also essential.
