FSQA Expert

Food Safety and Quality Assurance plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our food products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing food safety complaints, uploading audit reports, and providing critical data insights to stakeholders.

• Investigate and resolve food safety complaints, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure timely upload of audit reports and track corrective actions.
• Compile and analyze FSQA-related data for monthly reporting.
• Guarantee compliance with SEDEX and Ethical Trade Program standards.
• Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier certifications and complaints.
