Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building services, creating high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, and collaborating with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revit drafting/modeling;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation;
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation;
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards;
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets;
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models;
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D;
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360;
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper;
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
