At ET-Phone, we're committed to delivering high-quality English language instruction to our students in Korea. As a result, we're seeking experienced and passionate Native English Speakers to join our team of online ESL instructors.

We're looking for individuals who are dedicated to teaching English as a second language and have a strong passion for education. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in teaching English, with a focus on developing the language skills of our students.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing 10/20/30/40 minutes of online ESL classes to Korean students via video conferencing software. You'll also be expected to monitor and evaluate the progress of your students, providing personalized feedback and guidance to help them improve their language skills.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas in a way that's easy for your students to understand. Additionally, you'll need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
