Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cash Application Function Leader to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and cash allocation, with at least 4 years of experience in a Shared Service Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and performance of the Cash Allocations team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of daily bank statements and achieving all AR targets related to unallocated cash receipts.

The role involves managing a team through regular 1-1s and portfolio reviews, as well as leading the reconciliation process to ensure a strong receivable in collaboration with credit & collections teams.
