Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Risk Evaluator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and data
  • Prepare in-depth financial analyses and risk assessments for clients
  • Collaborate with teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of financial evaluations and decisions
  • Recommend financial limits and terms based on risk analysis
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with financial scoring systems and risk assessment tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
