We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to deliver key features that support advertiser compliance at scale. Key responsibilities include building and deploying full-scale applications leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

The Role

This hands-on IC role involves shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React, supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI.

As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering features on time while prioritizing code quality. Strong async communication skills are essential for unblocking sprint delivery.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the ability to work independently and sync with the team lead and broader product team.

About You

Requirements include 5+ years of full-stack experience, solid production experience in Python (Flask), proficiency in React for building and maintaining dynamic frontends, familiarity with Celery for async task management, and strong async communication skills.

Bonus skills include experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools, familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages, understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms, and experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments.

Project Details:

  • Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation (individual contributor)
  • Project Focus: Sprint support & feature delivery
  • Commitment: 30–40 hours/week preferred (flexible for strong contributors)
  • Initial Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
  • Location: Global (preference for PH/EMEA time overlap)
